Mark received his bachelor's degree in law in Utrecht and a master's degree in labour law (cum laude) from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Mark describes employment law as "the most beautiful field of law there is". Mark advises clients on all facets of employment law. He has a particular interest in collective labour law and cases of an international stature. He is happy to guide clients through the labyrinth of rules and regulations applicable in cases of international employment. He knows how to turn these complex matters into clear and practical advice, written in plain language.

Mark has been with Wybenga Advocaten since September 2023. He is a member of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA).
