NHA is one of the largest training providers in the Netherlands. It is a dynamic family business that is constantly evolving, and we have been assisting them for many years.
We help NHA with complex legal matters such as acquisitions and restructuring, but they also turn to us for support with more day-to-day corporate law issues such as contract content, fine-tuning NDAs, disputes with suppliers, and even fraud cases.
In the field of employment law, we advise NHA on relevant changes in employment law, new and existing policies within NHA, and on what is sensible when hiring staff or terminating the employment relationship with an employee. We also support NHA with major changes such as reorganizations.
In addition, we advise NHA on its cooperation with its works council.
