We are Wybenga Advocaten. From our office in the heart of Rotterdam, we have been providing legal services of the highest standard for over 30 years.
What we do and for whom
We deal with everything related to work and business. We specialise in employment and business law, damages and liability, and pension law. Our clients include entrepreneurs and private individuals, large and small interest groups and companies, works councils, and pension funds. We handle national and international cases and have a leading maritime practice. We are committed to helping people who are at risk of falling between the cracks; social engagement is an integral part of our profession.
How we do things
Our clients can count on honest advice, a clear plan of action and an attorney who is always there for them. Together, we determine the goal, tailor the approach accordingly and make adjustments if the development of a case requires it. We are fast and decisive, but always make sure to take the long term into account in when advising clients, so that everyone involved can move on after a case. Hence our motto: advice with a focus on the future.
Founders and partners
Wybenga Advocaten was founded in 1994 by Romke Wybenga and Lotje van den Puttelaar. Both are still affiliated with the firm. The partnership now consists of Kirsten Boele, Bert van Mieghem and Aldert van der Bent (managing partner).
