Mirjam studied in Rotterdam and completed her double master’s degree in Toga aan de Maas & Privaatrecht (Law and Private Law) in 2022. During her studies, she conducted research into external director liability for dangerous climate change.
Mirjam has a broad outlook and does not like to sit still. She did internships at the judiciary and various law firms, was a board member of the European Youth Parliament Netherlands Foundation and enjoys participating in moot court competitions. She won the Rotterdam Young Bar Association competition in 2023.
Mirjam has been working at Wybenga Advocaten since 2024. She deals with corporate law matters in a broad sense. She has a particular interest in cases with a European dimension.
