Jos obtained his master’s degrees in Civil Law and Labour Law at Leiden University. For his master’s thesis, he researched bogus self-employment and the Bill on Clarification of the Assessment of Employment Relationships and Legal Presumption. During his studies, he worked as a court clerk at the Central-Netherlands District Court and the Court of Appeal in The Hague. Jos joined Wybenga Advocaten in March 2025 and focuses on tort and liability law, professional liability law and employment law.
