Jos obtained his master’s degrees in Civil Law and Labour Law at Leiden University. For his master’s thesis, he researched bogus self-employment and the Bill on Clarification of the Assessment of Employment Relationships and Legal Presumption. During his studies, he worked as a court clerk at the Central-Netherlands District Court and the Court of Appeal in The Hague. Jos joined Wybenga Advocaten in March 2025 and focuses on tort and liability law and employment law.
