After completing two degrees in Economics & Business Economics and Dutch Law, Lisanne obtained two master’s degrees, in International Economics and Labour Law, from Erasmus University Rotterdam. During her studies, she worked at an economic research agency, but her passion lay in law.
Lisanne is an attorney since 2015 and joined Wybenga Advocaten in 2019. She advises employers on the design of HR policy, contracts and personnel regulations, major reorganisations and labour disputes. She also represents employees, interest groups and works councils.
Lisanne has particular expertise in the field of employee participation law. She advises and assists works councils in consultation and consent procedures. In doing so, she not only focuses on the legal content, but also on the practical aspects and mutual relationships.
Lisanne writes for the trade journal OR Rendement and also gives WOR courses.
