Mark obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law in Utrecht and then completed his master’s degree in Labour Law with honours at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He has been working at Wybenga Advocaten since September 2023.
In his own words, labour law is ‘the most beautiful area of law there is’.

Mark advises clients on all aspects of employment law. He has a particular interest in collective employment law and cases with an international dimension. For example, he enjoys guiding clients through the maze of applicable regulations in international employment, including in the maritime context. He is skilled at translating this complex subject matter into clear and practical advice, written in plain language.
