Romke focuses on corporate law, including aspects of employee participation law. He also advises directors and managers on employment law issues. He is an opponent of ‘tunnel vision’. Romke has special expertise in maritime (employment) law, including public law aspects. His clients include SMEs, fishing companies, educational and healthcare institutions, and the International Transport Workers’ Federation and affiliated organisations. He advises (and litigates where necessary) in disputes between companies and directors, shareholders, supervisory bodies and managers.
