Lisanne started working as an attorney in 2015, joining Wybenga Attorneys in October of 2019. She has extensive experience in employment law in the broadest sense of the word. She advises employers regarding HR policy, employment contracts and protocols, major reorganisations and labour disputes. She also acts for employees, trade and sector organisations and works councils.

Lisanne has particular expertise in the field of employee participation law. She advises works councils and assists them in advisory or consent trajectories. In doing so, Lisanne not only has an eye for the legal aspects, but also for the practical aspects and the mutual relationships.

Lisanne writes for the trade journal OR Rendement and also teaches courses on the Works Councils Act, varying from a basic course so new employee participation councils can get off to a flying start or an in-depth course on a specific topic.

In 2021 Lisanne completed the Grotius specialisation course in Employment Law cum laude.

Last but not least, she is a member of the Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland (VAAN), the Vereniging Rotterdamse Arbeidsrecht Advocaten (VRAA) and JCI – Junior Chamber International – in Rotterdam.
